Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged a 15% cancellation fee based on the total service cost.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may require prepayment for future bookings.
